Moto-tron Tyre Warmers — Digital ±1°C, Australian Plug
Engineered for racers who demand precision, consistency and reliability, Moto-tron tyre warmers are built from fireproof fibre material to withstand extreme track conditions while keeping safety front and centre. An automatic digital temperature control system holds heat to within ±1°C, dramatically reducing temperature fluctuation and delivering consistent tyre performance lap after lap. Inside, high-performance silicone heating wires provide rapid, even heat distribution, bringing the tyre up to operating temperature — more grip, faster warm-up, and confidence from the very first corner. Supplied with an Australian plug and rated for 220-240V mains, so they plug straight into any Australian outlet at the circuit. No adaptor to chase, no transformer to carry. Choose Your Size Six sizes cover the grid from MiniGP to superbike, so you can run the same warmers whatever you race: * 10 inch — MiniGP. * 12 inch — MiniGP. * Moto3 — 100/120 tyres. * Supersport 300 — 110/140 tyres. Fits the Yamaha R3, Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Ninja 500. * Supersport 600 — 120/190 tyres, for 600cc supersport. * Superbike — 125/200 tyres, for 1000cc superbikes. Kawasaki Ninja 400 & Ninja 500 Pointer Racing Quick Action Throttle 2018+
Quick Action Throttle Kit for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018 onwards) and Ninja 500 (all years). The Ninja 500 carries over the Ninja 400's cockpit layout, so the same kit fits both bikes — one throttle, two platforms. Reduce wrist fatigue and reach full throttle faster. Our Quick Action Throttle Kit is essential for competitive starts and powering out of tight corners. Sometimes called a quick-turn throttle, this kit is the fastest way to sharpen how your Ninja picks up drive. * Reduced Rotation: Decreases the degree of twist required to hit the throttle stop. * Customizable Feel: Includes multiple cams to adjust the throttle progression to your riding style. * Smooth Operation: Features a friction-reducing sleeve for consistent, "butter-smooth" throttle response. Choose Your Throttle Rate Every kit is supplied with five interchangeable cams, so you can tune the throttle rate to the track, the conditions and your own wrist. Swapping a cam takes minutes and completely changes how the bike picks up drive: * 35mm reel — approx. 100° of twist. The slowest rate and longest pull: maximum control for wet sessions, low-grip surfaces or riders building confidence on the throttle. * 40mm reel — approx. 90° of twist. The standard quarter-turn baseline, and the best all-round starting point for most riders. * 45mm reel — approx. 80° of twist. A noticeably faster rate for quicker corner exits without going to the extreme. * 50mm reel — approx. 70° of twist. The fastest rate and shortest pull: full throttle in the least wrist movement, for experienced riders chasing the quickest possible drive off the corner. * 47.5mm progressive cam — our special-profile cam. Instead of a constant-radius reel, the first part of the profile is elliptical, giving a softer, more gradual initial opening before the rate picks up. That gentle first few degrees makes it far easier to feed in power smoothly on corner exit — you get progressive, controllable initial pickup with a fast rate once you're upright and driving. A shorter twist means less wrist rotation to reach full throttle — less fatigue over a race distance, and quicker, more decisive drive out of tight corners. The progressive cam adds a further layer of control exactly where grip matters most: the moment you first crack the throttle.

Kawasaki Ninja 400 & Ninja 500 Rearsets
Achieve the perfect riding position on your Kawasaki Ninja 400 or Ninja 500. The Ninja 500 carries over the Ninja 400 chassis, so the same rearsets fit both bikes. Our CNC-machined rearsets move the pegs higher and further back than the road-bike standard, buying ground clearance and a committed body position for track riding. What separates ours is a one-piece design. The hanger is made as a single piece rather than assembled from bolted plates, so it is stiffer — no clamped joints to work loose or flex when you are hard on the peg mid-corner — and the whole assembly sits tighter to the frame. That narrows your leg position: less splay at the knee, a more natural stance, and less to catch as you move across the seat. * One-Piece Hanger: Stiffer than a bolted stack, with nothing to come loose over a season. * Closer To The Frame: A narrower, more comfortable leg position than a multi-piece design allows. * Both Shift Patterns: Run standard, or GP shift — one up, five down. * Increased Lean Angle: Higher and further back than OEM pegs to stop scraping mid-corner. * Custom Ergonomics: Multiple mounting points for pegs and toe pieces to suit riders of all sizes. * Solid Grip: Deeply knurled pegs keep your boots planted, even in the wet. Fitment: Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Kawasaki Ninja 500. For Track use only, not compatible with stock brake light sensor and brake lines
Kawasaki Ninja 400 & Ninja 500 Pointer Racing Heavy Duty Clutch Detent Spring
Fix a known Ninja weak point with the Pointer Racing Heavy Duty Clutch Detent Spring — the ASBK riders' choice for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Ninja 500. Both the Ninja 400 and Ninja 500 share a well-documented gearbox complaint: under hard track use the standard detent spring simply isn't strong enough to hold the shift drum firmly in position. The result is missed shifts, false neutrals and the transmission jumping out of gear at exactly the wrong moment — hard on your lap time, and hard on the gearbox itself. Our spring is 15% stiffer than the OEM unit, wound from spring steel. That extra force holds the shift drum positively in each gear position, so every shift engages cleanly and stays engaged, even under full-throttle upshifts and aggressive race downshifts. * 15% Stiffer Than OEM: Firmer detent force for positive, decisive gear engagement. * Cures a Known Fault: Directly addresses the missed-shift and jumping-out-of-gear issue common to the Ninja 400 and 500. * Spring Steel Construction: Purpose-wound for consistent force and long service life. * Race Proven: The choice of ASBK competitors. Fitment: Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018 onwards) and Kawasaki Ninja 500 (all years). Installation: The clutch cover must be removed to access the detent spring. Always fit a new clutch cover gasket on reassembly to avoid oil leaks.

Kawasaki Ninja 400 Racing Ignition Switch
A racing ignition switch for the Kawasaki Ninja 400. It replaces the factory ignition switch and mounts on the handlebar, so the ignition control sits on the bar, within reach of the riding position. This is an ignition switch — not a starter button, and not a key delete. Fitment — Kawasaki Ninja 400 Mounting — handlebar Replaces — the factory ignition switch Free Australia-wide shipping in 3-5 business days, backed by our 7-day returns policy.

Brake Lever Guard
Mandatory for most racing organisations, the Pointer Racing bar-end brake lever guard protects your front brake from accidental engagement during close-quarters racing. The reason it is a rule rather than a suggestion: in a bar-to-bar moment, another rider's fairing or hand catching your unguarded brake lever applies your front brake for you — at full lean, with no warning. The guard turns a contact that would have put you on the ground into a moment you ride out. * High-Strength Nylon: The guard body is made from high-strength nylon. * Fits Everything: Supplied with adapters to suit essentially any handlebar on the market, so it goes on clip-ons and bars alike. * Universal Fitment: Not model-specific — move it between bikes as your garage changes. * Race Legal: Satisfies the lever-protection requirement at scrutineering. Fit it alongside our remote brake lever adjuster to finish the braking side of the cockpit.
Brake Lever Adjuster
Take control of your braking feel with the Pointer Racing Remote Brake Lever Adjuster. A 50cm steel cable links the adjuster dial to your brake lever, so you can fine-tune lever reach — the distance from the lever to the grip — quickly and without tools, dialling in the exact bite point that suits your hand size, glove thickness and riding conditions. Consistent lever position is one of the fastest ways to sharpen braking control: no stretching for the lever mid-corner, no guessing where the bite starts. On track or on the road, repeatable feel means later, harder, more confident braking, lap after lap. * Remote Cable Adjustment: A 50cm steel cable routes the adjuster to a convenient position for fast, tool-free reach changes. * Two Interchangeable Heads: Includes two swappable adapter heads for broad lever compatibility. * Wide Fitment: Universal design fits most sportbike brake levers, including Brembo master-cylinder levers. * 7075 Aluminium: CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075 alloy — light, strong and built for track abuse.

Handlebar Grips
Upgrade your cockpit with the Pointer Racing Handlebar Grips — a precision-sized pair engineered for a locked-in, confident hold on both road and track. The left grip is sized ø22mm for the clutch-side bar and the right ø24mm to seat correctly over the throttle tube, so each side fits the way it should with no bunching or twisting. A dedicated anti-slip tread pattern keeps your hands planted under braking, hard acceleration and in the wet, while the durable rubber compound soaks up vibration to cut hand fatigue on longer rides and race stints. * Correct Dual Sizing: ø22mm clutch side and ø24mm throttle side for a proper factory-style fit. * Anti-Slip Grip: Textured rubber tread for secure hold in all conditions, wet or dry. * Open-Ended Design: Open ends leave room to run your preferred bar-end weights. * Choose Your Colour: Available in a range of colours — select your finish above.
ÖHLINS cap removal tool and preload adjuster
Changing fork springs at the track normally means a bag full of tools and a lot of fiddling — exactly what you do not have time for between sessions. This Moto-tron cap removal tool and preload adjuster combines those jobs into one compact tool, so a spring change stops being a workshop task and becomes something you can do in the pit lane. The tool engages the cap on Ohlins forks to break it loose and wind it off, and doubles as a preload adjuster once the fork is back together. That means one tool in your hand for the whole job instead of swapping between several — fewer tools to pack, fewer to lose in the garage, and far less time spent picking up the right one mid-job. Compatible with Ohlins FGRT, FGR, FKR and FGK forks. Key Features * Two Tools In One: Removes fork caps and adjusts preload with a single tool. * Built For Trackside: Turns a spring change from a workshop job into a between-sessions job. * Less To Carry: Replaces several tools in your paddock kit. * Ohlins Fitment: Suits FGRT, FGR, FKR and FGK forks. If you are running Ohlins forks and changing springs to suit conditions, this is the tool that gets you back out for the next session.

Moto-tron tyre and rim warmers for superbike tyres (125/200). Unlike our standard Moto-tron tyre warmers, this set heats the wheel rim as well as the tyre. * Coverage: Heats the tyre and the wheel rim. * Size: Superbike, 125/200 tyres. * Precision Control: Digital temperature control, accurate to ±1°C. * Power: Australian plug, 220-240V. * Colour: Black.
