We've partnered with Moto-tron — MotoGP Gresini sponsor, building racing equipment since 2007 — to bring their tyre warmers and race tools to Australian riders, starting with two products and more to follow.
Good equipment is the quiet half of going fast. You can spend a season chasing setup and lap time, but if your tyres are cold on lap one or a spring change eats your break between sessions, none of it counts for much. That is the part of the paddock we have been wanting to serve properly — and it is why we have partnered with Moto-tron.
Who Are Moto-tron?
Moto-tron have been building racing equipment since 2007, and are known in the paddock as a sponsor of the Gresini team in MotoGP. That matters more than it might sound. Grand Prix racing is an unforgiving place to have your name on equipment: it either survives the weekend under real pressure, or it gets quietly replaced. Nearly two decades of building for that environment shows up in the details of what they make.
Their range is broad — tyre warmers, workshop tools, and the paddock equipment that surrounds a race bike rather than bolts to it.
Why We Partnered With Them
Anyone who has shopped for race equipment in Australia knows the problem. At one end there is cut-price gear that works for a few meetings and then lets you down at the worst possible moment. At the other end there is factory-team pricing that only makes sense if someone else is paying for it. There is not much in between.

First Two Products
Moto-tron Tyre Warmers
Fireproof fibre construction, digital temperature control accurate to ±1°C, and high-performance silicone heating wire for fast, even heat. The rim-hugger design wraps the full tyre with extra heating along the edges, so tread and sidewalls both come up to temperature — not just the middle.
Six sizes cover the whole grid: 10 inch and 12 inch for minimoto, Moto3, Supersport 300 (the R3, Ninja 400 and Ninja 500 crowd), Supersport 600, and Superbike. Five colours, and every set ships with an Australian plug rated for 220-240V — no adaptors, no transformers, no borrowing a lead in the pits.
Running team colours? They can be customised, logos included.
Öhlins Cap Removal Tool & Preload Adjuster
Changing fork springs trackside normally means a bag full of tools and a lot of fiddling between sessions. This tool does two jobs in one: it breaks loose and removes the fork cap, then doubles as a preload adjuster once everything is back together.
Compatible with Öhlins FGRT, FGR, FKR and FGK forks. Fewer tools to pack, fewer to lose in the garage, and a spring change that fits into the gap between sessions instead of waiting for the workshop.
